A dance theatre
and new media production for seven nine
year olds.
Two performers conjure up fantastical
dance tales re-interpreting the famous Greek
myth using dance,
theatre and live video relay. The production
involves filmed narrative in English and Welsh.

The company offers single week
residencies. The package we recommend is:
Four days of workshops in schools. Two dancer/teachers
deliver up to three, 50 minute workshops
per day, to groups of children (max 30) with
a
teacher present.
One day of performances in a local theatre
(e.g. 10.30am and 1.30pm) for children who
have received
a workshop. Schools arrange their own transport
to the theatre. Performances last 50 minutes.
Technical
Requirements for the performance:
Smooth Floor, preferably with a dance floor.
Full black out. Performing area at least
9m deep x 6m
wide. Smaller spaces may be possible if access
to a backstage area (e.g scene dock) for
projecting back projected images onto a screen
that should
be 3m from the projector. The screen need
to be 4m from the front edge of the performance
space.
Access to stage lighting around the performance
space.10 dimmable channels and a programmable
lighting desk. 16 fresnels and 2 profiles.
Full sound system
and CD player.
